At Stephen J. Spencer DDS, we provide general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. We are able to restore and transform smiles so our patients can look great and feel better. Sedation dentistry is also available to help relieve anxiety for stress-free treatment.

Meet Stephen Spencer, DDS

Dr. Stephen Spencer started providing dental care in Great Falls back in 1983. After 40 years of serving the community through high-quality dentistry, he continues to serve his valued patients. He says:

“I’m still practicing because I very much love what I’m doing, and my sense of purpose is drawn to serving people. Health care is a wonderful way to do that. It provides a great sense of satisfaction.”

Dr. Spencer has a real passion for dentistry. His deep devotion to quality care is his trademark.

Though he has expertise in a broad range of dental services, Dr. Spencer takes a special interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He has completed specific additional training in implant dentistry, which offers patients a permanent option to replace their missing teeth. He is also licensed in conscious sedation to make treatment more comfortable and tolerable, especially for nervous patients.

Committed to excellence, Dr. Spencer is also supported by his experienced and caring team. Together, they work in a state-of-the-art facility using the latest in technology to provide the best possible care.

When not working, Dr. Spencer enjoys camping, rafting, biking, fishing, and hunting. He says he’s “all in on most outdoor activities.” He loves spending time at the family cabin as often as possible. He is also an avid cross-country skier. Married to Lois since 1983, Dr. Spencer is Dad to Lise and Brian, who are both doctors in the healthcare field. The entire Spencer family is passionate about patient care.

Kelly

Sabrina

Dental Hygienist
Sabrina joined our office in 2020. She grew up in the “middle of nowhere” in Glasgow, Montana. After graduating from Great Falls College MSU, Sabrina studied dental hygiene. Always striving to provide a positive experience to all, she enjoys creating long-lasting relationships with patients. Sabrina is part of an Air Force family. She cherishes all the time she can get making memories and experiencing new adventures with her husband and three children.

Theresa

Dental Assistant
Theresa has worked in the dental field in Great Falls for more than 30 years and joined Dr. Spencer’s office in 2017. Theresa loves how far the dental field has come and enjoys helping patients to get the best care possible. On weekends, Theresa likes jet boating and spending time with her family. She is married with two daughters. She also loves music and concerts—so much so that she has a part-time job at a local concert venue in Great Falls!

Bev

Financial Coordinator
Bev brings 20 years of front desk dental office experience to our practice. She began working with us in 2020. Outside of work, Bev loves to entertain and spend time with her friends and family. She enjoys the outdoors and relaxing in her backyard. In the summer, you can find her camping, biking, walking, or enjoying evening cruises with her husband. She’s also a passionate home decorator, gardening enthusiast, and NFL fan.

Lauren

Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator
Lauren grew up in the Cascade area and has always enjoyed caring for others. Her compassion is what fueled her career choice as a dental assistant and treatment coordinator. Lauren feels like she has found her niche, and she enjoys advocating for patients and making them as comfortable as possible. Outside of work, Lauren loves listening to music, hanging out with her son Harley, camping, and other outdoor activities.
