Dr. Stephen Spencer
Dr. Stephen Spencer, a Great Falls native, has provided quality dental care in our community for over 25 years.
Committed to excellence Dr. Spencer has participated in numerous professional organizations. He has been a past member of the Capital City Study Club, the Montana Endodontic Study Club and a current member of the Montana Study Club. He is a mentor for CRE, Clinical Restorative Excellence in Seattle. He is a member of the Montana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Spencer has a real passion for dentistry. It is reflected in the friendly and caring staff and the state of art facility they practice in. His commitment to quality care and devotion to taking care of people is his trademark.
As a general dentist, he has expertise in a broad range of dental services. He has a special interest in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. His training in implant dentistry offers the option to permanently replace missing teeth. The office is specially licensed in conscious sedation, so all dental services can be completed comfortably with little recollection or memory of anything being done.

Kelly joined our dental office in July of 2014. She graduated from Great Falls College MSU with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Kelly also completed the Dental Assisting program at Salish Kootenai College. She worked as an assistant for 3 years after completing the program. Kelly is excited to build great , trusting relationships with her patients and to provide them with a caring experience in the dental office. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter and son. Her hobbies include camping, fishing and helping out on her husband’s cattle ranch.
Sabrina joined our office in 2020. She grew up in “The Middle of Nowhere”, Glasgow Montana. Sabrina graduated with high honors from Great Falls College MSU where she studied dental hygiene. She looks forward to providing a positive experience to her patients and building long lasting relationships. Sabrina is part of an Air Force family, and she enjoys all the time she can get with her husband and three children. She loves to experience new adventures and make memories with her family.
Emily has worked for Dr. Spencer since November 2014 as a Dental Assistant. She had two years of dental experience prior to coming to Dr. Spencer’s office. Emily loves building new relationships with patients and assuring them that they will get the best dental care at our office. Emily loves spending time with her husband, two daughters and family. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, hunting, fishing and going to the cabin at Holter Lake in the summer.
Theresa joined our team December 2017. She is a native of Great Falls. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Great Falls COT in 1989. She enjoys helping people with their dental needs and thrives at doing the best possible job she can to help patients feel comfortable. She wants her patients to have a pleasant experience while in our office. Her hobbies include listening to music, going to concerts and spending time with family, her husband and two daughters!
Before starting to work for Dr. Spencer in September of 2017, I was living in Missoula. I graduated with my degree in Speech Pathology and I am currently in the process of applying to graduate school. I’m excited for the opportunity to meet new people and build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them stay on track with their routine dental care. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, whether it is white water rafting or exploring the hot springs around Montana.
Lois has a degree in Marketing from Montana State University in Bozeman. She has a background in retails sales, management, and banking. Lois has been involved with many community organizations over the years which currently include Rotary and PEO. She enjoys hiking and biking, snow skiing and snowshoeing and spending time at their cabin at Echo Lake with friends and family.
April grew up in Great Falls. She is a certified nursing assistant with 25 years of medical and oral surgery experience and served in the UNITED States Air Force where she learned the true meaning of team work.
She enjoys continuing education and wants to help patients feel comfortable in the dental office setting!
In her off time she loves spending time with her husband and 3 grown children, especially her granddaughter Addy. She also has a passion for traveling and water sports.
